A witch named Nomura Chizuko feels uninterested in her routine in the magical realm. Deciding to seek inspiration, she travels to the human world. Her childhood companion, Oosawa Nobuko, remains nearby to keep an eye on Yurine, a human who aspires to be a magician. Yurine became friends with Chizuko after her arrival and now acts freely with her.
