Mahou no Shoui Blaster Mari

During the One Year War in UC 0079, Mariko Starmine, a student at Zeon 6th Elementary School, encounters the Red Comet riding a white horse. He presents her with a magic wand that bestows magical abilities, allowing her to transform into the Magical Ensign known as Blaster Mari.
