Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku

A free smartphone game awards real magical abilities to a select few players, and in N City, sixteen teenage girls use their powers to assist the public. However, the game's management introduces a rule: each week, the least effective girl will lose her abilities. As the criteria for evaluation grow harsher and more cruel, the girls face an escalating struggle to retain their powers, with their safety and survival at risk.
