A stray cat named Fu-chan unexpectedly joins the household of manga artist Misaki and her family. Through a series of brief narratives, the family's everyday experiences with the cat are explored. Misaki and her mother express concern over Fu-chan's actions, while the father shows no interest in the cat's behavior.
