Taiga works at a publishing company. His sister's sudden marriage to Shu, a childhood friend and author, makes Shu his brother-in-law. When Taiga's sister vanishes, he is left to care for her younger siblings and ends up living with Shu, against his wishes. As they navigate the challenges of their new living situation, their relationship gradually deepens. Taiga begins to realize that he has long held feelings for Shu that refuse to fade.
