Mairimashita! Iruma-kun if: Episode of Ma-fia

A poor but kind young boy named Iruma lives in a harsh city slum. After giving his last loaf of bread to a critically injured stranger and helping him recover, he discovers the man is Don Sullivan, head of the Babel Mafia. Don Sullivan returns later, takes Iruma with him, and asks the boy to become his grandson. Iruma then begins a new, unpredictable life as the heir to a massive organization composed of demonic gangsters.
