Majin Senki: Ha-Gun

In a near-future Japan, a conflict over revising the Constitution has led to unrest. Lance, a cyborg created by the military and restructured by an individual named Ares, becomes involved in subversive actions that are broadcast on television to warn the public, including his lover Toko. In 1582, a sudden storm causes a time slip to the Warring States era in Kofu. Lance, by chance, rescues a local and begins searching for Toko while realizing the history they encounter differs from their own.
