Majo Ryushian no Shoumei

Lucien, the last young witch, seeks to clear the name of witches wrongfully accused in past hunts by studying a kinder form of witchcraft. After learning of a witch’s wand on the black market, he encounters Rebecca, a girl in possession of the wand but without a known witch to guide her. Her style of magic is highly destructive, unlike anything Lucien has seen. A witch-hunting group soon becomes aware of them and begins pursuing their location. The story explores a world where society and magic coexist.
