Following the violent suppression of the Shimabara Rebellion, led by Shiro Amakusa in defiance of the Shogunate, Amakusa is put to death. The uprising, rooted in Christian beliefs, ends in惨烈 failure. Yet, strange and ominous powers emerge, leading to Amakusa's resurrection from death.
