A supernatural conflict erupts as demons emerge and cities are consumed by the sea. Kyoya Izayoi, skilled in the rare nenpo martial art and armed with the Ashura sword, protects Sayaka Katagiri. The Special Abilities Task Force and the Dark Order both seek an individual believed to be God. Kyoya rescues a member of the SATF, drawing him into the conflict. The Dark Order attacks Sayaka, forcing Kyoya to confront demons and decide whether to aid the SATF in stopping the Dark Order's apocalyptic plans.
