Mamiya-san to Issho

A girl named Sasara responds to every romantic confession with the condition that the person must die. When Mamiya, a third-year student, confesses to her, Sasara gives the same reply. The next day, Sasara learns from classmates that Mamiya was previously reported missing and realizes Mamiya is a ghost. Sasara becomes emotional, believing Mamiya died because of her, but also feels happy that Mamiya fulfilled her condition. They begin a relationship, and Sasara decides to find out what happened to Mamiya.
