Ryuu is a strong-willed girl who is overly protective of her best friend, Kikuyo. Kikuyo is small and attractive, drawing attention from many boys, and Ryuu often helps her reject their advances. When a third-year baseball club member, Sasaki-senpai, confesses to Kikuyo and she does not refuse, Ryuu begins to understand the depth of her feelings for Kikuyo. The story also involves Kikuyo’s twin brother, Kikuzo. Additional one-shots included are "Pomeranian," "Namakemono no Yuuutsu," and "Maigo ni Hachimitsu no Cake wo."
