A bird shop owner named Masaka Toru becomes acquainted with a foreign exchange student named Fon-kun, who frequently visits the shop. When Fon-kun unexpectedly confesses his feelings, Masaka must decide how to respond. Meanwhile, Fon-kun faces an unusual challenge in the form of a parakeet that competes for attention.
