A sea-dwelling monarch named Yuria seeks to confront the Demon King after hearing of their notoriety. Upon attempting to reach land, she loses her abilities and becomes a powerless child. Struggling with this sudden change, she must find a way to overcome her new limitations and achieve her goal of becoming the world's most powerful entity.
