Changdeng Xu, the top doctor, died after falling off a cliff. Her daughter, Youran Xu, sought help from Lord Rui but was attacked along the way and lost her memory. A servant named Qinglu took advantage of the situation and impersonated Youran, entering the Lord's household with the goal of marrying Prince Rui. Unbeknownst to them, the body of Youran was now inhabited by the spirit of Qianqiu Le, a notorious doctor.
