Fujisaki enlists in the Japanese Self-Defense Force to earn money for a car, underestimating the demands of basic training. Struggling in a male-only boot camp, he feels isolated and stressed, with no girlfriend to help cope. His strict drill sergeant, Muromi, frequently targets Fujisaki and presents him with an option to ease his situation.
