In 2034, AI has made significant progress, and humanoid Totomo are commonly accepted. Tamotsu, a regular office worker, suffers the loss of his daughter and undergoes partial mechanical replacement after an accident. As he attempts to live honestly alongside his wife, his body starts to experience malfunctions.
