A 20-year-old man named Kenichi has failed his college entrance exam for the third time. On the same day, he witnesses a traffic disruption caused by a giant robot that seems to be acting erratically. During the incident, he encounters a man named Mitchy, who is attempting to rescue those still alive. The connection between Mitchy and a group called the "Red Party," as well as their involvement with the giant robot, remains unclear.
