A student in the art club, Nakase Yota, encounters a member of the physics club, Manabe, who shares a local legend about the Metropolitan Museum. According to the tale, the museum causes people to become indistinguishable from the crowd. After visiting the museum, Manabe begins to be forgotten by those around her, including classmates and teachers. Nakase observes these changes and grows increasingly curious about the mysterious building.
