A young boy named Kenji assists his older brother during a mission, unaware that his sibling is part of the Japanese division of Mezzon, an organization dedicated to maintaining peace. The brother operates under the alias Mezzon J. After the mission, Kenji is selected to serve as a temporary member of the group and is given the code name Mezzon Z.
