Migawari Choukyou Maid: Do-S Onzoushi to Haitoku no Yakata

A woman named Iroha is taken to a house by someone who claims she is a substitute. The man, Arashi, is someone she knew as a child and calls out the name of Iroha’s long-lost twin sister during intimate moments. Feeling helpless and wanting to avoid seeing Arashi upset, Iroha agrees to have sex with him daily in hopes of making him happy. However, her situation becomes more complicated when she discovers a forbidden room and begins to question what is truly happening in the house.
