A reclusive individual with a passion for idols possesses the unique talent of boosting an idol's popularity through blog posts. Focusing on a local idol from Fukuoka named Itorio, she attempts to increase her sales. However, her efforts are challenged by a popular idol named Ryuu-san and an idol operating in the underground scene called Mariko.
