In a society where humans and human beasts live together, a government bureau handles matters related to the latter. Kanako Tsuda is a new employee in the Health Care Department of this bureau. She is given a task to capture a dangerous human beast that has been reported. While nearly attacked by a human bureau agent, she is rescued by a human beast shaped like a rabbit.
