A young man discovers his girlfriend has shrunk to the size of a Barbie doll overnight. Their daily lives are drastically altered as he adjusts to caring for her. He creates custom clothing, builds a small home, and prepares tiny meals. He also assists with her personal needs. As time passes, the situation becomes more complicated, particularly as she experiences puberty and her changing body affects her emotions and behavior.
