Mizuki Shigeru spent his childhood in Sakaiminato, Tottori Prefecture, frequently visiting the Shimane Peninsula. A man from the Izumo tribe, who appeared to him in a dream, guided him. Following this guidance, Mizuki traces his family's origins to Oki and explores the mysteries embedded in Izumo mythology.
