A volume that brings together, for the first time in one place, fourteen oneshot stories drawn by Mizuki Shigeru between 1964 and 1974. The individual tales had long been considered nearly impossible to track down and commanded high prices on the second-hand market before this compilation made them broadly accessible again. Included pieces are 'Yoka Alaune' (1968), 'Genshi-san' (1969), 'Fuku no Kami' (1965), 'Kaze no Kami' (1966), 'Yosei' (1966), the two 'Kage Onna' shorts (1968 and 1974), 'Ame Onna' (1968), 'Nekonin' (1964), 'Kappa' (1965), 'Kappa-Kou' (1969), 'Torikago' (1966), 'Yomi no Kuni: Saisho no Kome' (1967) and 'Gunshuu no Naka ni' (1970). The collection offers a focused look at the author's short-form yokai work from that decade.
