Mofumofu to Isekai Bouken Meshi

A company employee with a weak health condition experiences a persistent internal heat sensation. After collapsing during a hectic period and a fever, he is told by a goddess that he was born in the wrong world. His illness is revealed to be magical energy, which does not belong in his original world. Using her power, the goddess transfers him to a new world where he is healthy and possesses stronger magical abilities than anyone else. He is given a magical beast hatching from an egg to accompany him. In this new life, he begins his journey as an adventurer.
