Mokuyoubi no Iinchou

During the school entrance ceremony, a new student is taken to the infirmary and, while delirious, is helped by someone whose face he doesn't remember. He becomes determined to locate this person to express his gratitude. Separately, another character possesses the ability to see flower spirits that manifest whenever he smiles. Due to the confusion and misunderstanding it causes, he makes an effort to avoid smiling altogether.
