A science enthusiast named Yuuhi Toganou creates a female android he calls Momo-chan, intending to experience intimacy for the first time. Before this can happen, Sara Ayanokouji, a gyaru-style girl, enters and triggers Momo-chan's activation sequence, causing an explosion that results in Yuuhi and Sara swapping bodies. Sara, unfazed by the change, expresses interest in exploring what it means to be male, including romantic and sexual experiences. Yuuhi must now navigate life in Sara's body while trying to prevent his own body from losing its virginity before he does. A related one-shot, "Kagakushitsu no Himegoto," is included in the second volume.
