A story by Mikami En, known for *Biblia Koshodou no Jiken Techou*, begins when Mizuho Kishimoto, the younger sibling, receives a call from a man identifying himself as a police officer. He informs her that their father has been hospitalized after an accident. During the call, the man, whose injuries were not severe, begins repeating the phrase "Red eye" many times before coughing violently and dying suddenly.
