Moto Seijo wa Fukushuu wo Chikaimasuka

Alicia Sorcelion is a noble in the Empire who is manipulated into becoming the "Saintess" after a falsified prophecy resembles her. A religious leader, Prelate Libenthius, uses her to secure a marriage with the Crown Prince, Viktor Lawrence. Though she is celebrated by the public, she hides her lack of divine power and lives in isolation, believing Viktor loves her. After Viktor becomes Emperor, he betrays her, revealing he used her for his own ends. A new "True Saintess" emerges, and Alicia is denounced as a fraud and traitor, condemned to die as a witch. She is given a second chance, returning to the past with memories of her tragic future. She resolves to avoid the prophecy by becoming a religious servant, but faces obstacles, including a Cleric named Edwin and the ongoing schemes of those who once wronged her.
