Mr. Ho

A one-shot manga created by Akira Toriyama features a character resembling Yamucha as the main figure. The story mirrors the Red Ribbon Army Saga from Dragon Ball. The protagonist uses a bazooka, similar to how Yamucha is depicted early in Dragon Ball, and successfully defeats an entire army in a fashion akin to Goku's victory over the Red Ribbon Army. Another character in the story is similar to Bulma.
