Mugen Anthology

A long-running fantasy manga anthology published by Shodensha, spanning more than twenty volumes released between 2006 and 2012. Each issue gathers ongoing serials and standalone short pieces by a recurring lineup of artists, including Sumomo Yumeka, Makoto Tateno, Chika Shiomi, Utata Yoshikawa, Matsuri Akino, Toshiko Endou, Kimiko Kamata, Meguru Toujou, You Higuri, Aki, Udou Shinohara, Pinku Aomata and Nawo Inoue. Recurring titles such as 'Angelic Runes', 'Ragtonia', 'Tengujin', 'Chihiro ni Saku Hana', 'Gogo no Ocha wa Yousei no Kuni de', 'Hiou Shirabyoushi Gaiden: Fuyu-Zakura', 'Dream Eater', 'Babylonia no Shishi', 'Shourui Aware Manteau Hossu', 'Meikoku no Kanon', 'Planet' and 'Gekkou Hotel' anchor the lineup across themed issues with subtitles such as Gensou Jokyoku, Gensou Kyousoukyoku, Gensou Koukyoku and the later Gensou Ikai run. Cover art rotates between the participating artists, giving each volume its own visual identity.
