Hugo, the grandson of Adan, faces difficulties in reviving the bakery his grandfather left behind, as he lacks baking skills. Sumino Mitsuyuki, once Adan's apprentice, visits the shop. Hugo asks Sumino for help, unaware that Sumino hasn't baked bread in three years. Despite this, Hugo remains unsure what to do and wonders about the quality of the bread Sumino might produce.
