Alto, the third son of a noble family that controls the ruins of the former Demon King's castle, became a shepherd at age ten. The shepherd class is considered weak and hard to advance. While exploring the castle grounds, he rescued a small dog, unaware it was a legendary monster. After saving it, Alto's shepherd levels began to increase rapidly.
