Multiverse no Watashi, Koi Shite ii desu ka?

Jogo develops feelings for his classmate, Miyato. After school, they walk home together, and Miyato nearly gets struck by a truck. Jogo pushes her out of the way and takes the impact himself. As the collision happens, he regrets not expressing his feelings. A voice then tells him he can try again without regrets. He awakens unharmed, finding a version of Miyato by his side. She appears the same, but her clothing and hairstyle differ.
