Mushi to Medama to Teddy Bear

A high school girl named Usagawa Rinne shares a happy relationship with her boyfriend, Sakaki Guryuu. Their peaceful life ends abruptly when, on Sakaki's birthday, he watches Rinne die after she is attacked and has her eye removed by a girl called Gankyuu Eguriko.
