Musume ja Nakute Mama ga Suki nano!?

Ayako took in her teenage niece after the girl's mother passed away. As the girl grows older, Ayako notices her becoming interested in Takumi, a college student who has been tutoring her since childhood. Takumi, however, is not interested in the girl but has had feelings for Ayako for some time. The situation leads to comedic misunderstandings as Takumi pursues Ayako, unaware of the potential awkwardness of his interest in her rather than her daughter.
