A manga adaptation of Hasbro's *My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic* television series is set to debut in the next issue of Shogakukan's *Pucchigumi* magazine, scheduled for August 12. The announcement was made in the August issue, revealing that the series will be illustrated by Akira Himekawa. This is a previously announced project. The manga will be drawn by the two creators who collaborate under the name Akira Himekawa, who have previously worked on various *Legend of Zelda* manga.
