Namu Amida Butsu!
なむあみだ仏っ!
The inevitable suffering of life—birth, aging, illness, and death—is addressed through Buddhist enlightenment. After a war, a prince who achieved this enlightenment became Shaka Nyorai and saved the world. Centuries later, in a time of decline, Mara, who once sought to disrupt Shaka’s enlightenment, forms an alliance with a devil to take revenge. Mara begins influencing people through their worries. In response, a group led by Shaka, known as the Thirteen Buddhas, along with the deities Taishakuten and Bonten, who safeguard the teachings, rise to oppose Mara and protect humanity from his influence. A conflict between Mara and the Buddhist deities ensues, involving the people.
