Natalie and Christo, a lawyer, crossed paths three years ago when she worked at his law firm. He ended their relationship dismissively at the time. Now, they are working together again and find themselves in a shared living situation. Natalie believed she had moved on from her feelings for him, but their arrangement is strictly temporary and not meant to lead to marriage.
