In 1945, following Japan's defeat in World War II, a young boy escapes from a human experiment facility located in a bitterly cold region. Alongside another individual burdened by a difficult destiny, he embarks on a journey toward Antarctica. The boy carries a hidden secret. The narrative unfolds as a historical science fiction account of two brothers traveling to Antarctica amid the chaos of postwar Japan.
