Daigo Minai is focused on supporting his sister as they work to settle their parents’ debt and on completing high school. His priorities shift after meeting Arata One, a highly intelligent hacker with a strong desire to combat crime. One recruits Daigo to assist in his plan to become the city’s dominant hacker under the alias “ne0,” by targeting and dismantling criminal operations one by one.
