Necromance

A hero and a priestess are involved in a fantasy romance that begins after the hero's death. Shibuki becomes cursed with undeath following his defeat of the Demon King, preventing him from touching Safi, his lover. It is later revealed that the Demon King is still alive. Shibuki assembles a group of adventurers to locate and defeat the Demon King, aiming to break the curse and be able to touch Safi again.
