By 2130, following the third world war, Japan was scarred by toxic zones called "Blackspots," isolated by massive walls. Over time, signs of life emerged within these quarantined wastelands. Survivors trapped inside, deemed "unneeded," began to display extraordinary powers such as fire, wind, and immense strength. These individuals, marked by their supernatural abilities, were shunned by others who feared them and came to be known as "Needless."
