A phenomenon known as Flow occurs when matter shifts form due to imbalance, producing unpredictable effects. These shifts generate anomalies that can be either troubling or amusing, requiring intervention from Flow Disposal teams and freelancers to restore them. Chima Kondo, a 35-year-old woman trapped in a 12-year-old body by Flow, seeks to understand and manage it. She joins Hirota and Shacho, contractors from Hirota Flow Inc., and discovers that Flow holds more complexity than she previously understood, with much still to learn.
