Chiyu Hitsuji struggles to form friendships during her high school years. After being invited by a classmate named Amatsuka, known for being the subject of unsettling rumors, Chiyu decides to attend, hoping to connect with others. To her surprise, Amatsuka immediately asks for her assistance. A romantic comedy develops between Chiyu, who simply wishes to enjoy a quiet life, and Amatsuka, who is dealing with a personal issue.
