Takuma, now a home aid worker, reconnects with Yuki, his childhood friend who moved to Italy a decade earlier to pursue cello. Yuki, injured and semi-blind, is Takuma’s new patient, his eyes covered until surgery. Unwilling to reveal his own identity, Takuma struggles with their unexpected reunion. Yuki, still carrying feelings for someone from their past, remains unaware of Takuma’s presence. The story explores their complicated emotions as Takuma cares for him while concealing who he is. The narrative includes four additional chapters.
