Contact restrictions, police patrols, and the threat of infection have reshaped daily life due to the coronavirus. Social distancing has become standard, and the economic fallout has affected many, including Makoto's father's business. One day, Makoto is in a classroom with three classmates when a sudden and drastic change occurs: all humans vanish instantly, leaving only Makoto and his three classmates behind.
