Nishuume no Boku wa Kimi to Koi wo Suru

During his third year of high school, a boy's life changed when Matsuri Tokiwa disappeared. She was his first love. Years later, at twenty years old, he still struggles to accept what happened. Unexpectedly, time reverts to spring two years prior. Reunited with her, he experiences the happiness of being close to her again. He confesses his feelings, goes on dates, and does things he would not have done before. However, summer marks the end of this second chance. He wonders if she knows why she vanished. He is determined not to let her go again.
